PROPERTIES

The Cream normally looks white or slight off white.

PHARMACOLOGY:

ABSORPTION, DISTRIBUTION, AND EXCRETION:

After absorbed from skin, Prostaglandin E1 is rapidly catabolic into $ and T. Most catabolites are excreted via urine.  

INDICATIONS:

The Befar is a topical cream for treatment of male Erective Disfunction (ED), commonly known as impotence.

DIRECTIONS:

Apply Befar Cream 5-20mintes before intercourse.

Empty urinary bladder, wash hands and the urogenital region.

Remove the applicator from the pouch and take off a cover on the tip of the applicator (Fig I)

Slightly press on the forehead of the penis and the external urethral orifice will be opened (Fig II)

Place tip of the applicator to the external urethral orifice. Push the piston of the applicator down and the cream will be forced into the urethra (Fig III)

Some of the cream may splash around the orifice. Spread the cream on skin of the forehead (Fig IV).

SIDE EFFECTS:

Slightly reddish and swelling in the forehead of penis, local skin or urathral pain can be seen in some cases. It will disappear after discontinuing use of the cream.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Sensitive to Prostaglandin E1

Local skin infection, acute or chronic urethral tract infection

Partner is pregnancy

Patients with potential deep vein thrombosis or unstable angina

Patients with Sickle Cell Anemia, Erythrocytosis, Thrombocythemia, or Multiple Myeloma

PRECAUTION:

Use the product as your physician’s direction

Report to your physician if you have symptoms of hypotension

Reduce or stop using the cream if the patient has frequently insistent erection

HOW TO SUPPLY: 

An applicator: 100mg, containing 1mg of Prostaglandin E1.

STORAGE:

Stored at 2-8 °C for up to two years. It can be stored in room temperature (25 °C) for up to one month.

SHELF LIFE:

2 years
